  7. A simple trick to beat the 127 character limitation on the path. Use
  8. the subst command to cut down the length of the directory entries in
  9. the path statement. For example if your path is
  10.  path=...;c:\box\boxtools;...
  11. put in
  12.  subst t: c:\box\boxtools
  13.  path=...;t:\;...
  14. If you use this trick, also put lastdrive=z in your config.sys file.
